Who I am

J.A Property & Garden Services is a sole trader operated by Joshua Amphlett, based in Stone, Staffordshire. Contact: j.amphlett@japropertygardenservices.uk.

What I collect

• Your name, email, phone and postcode when you submit a quote request.
• The details of the job you describe in the message field.
• How you heard about me (referral source) — used to understand which channels work.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To carry out the work you've booked and stay in touch about it.
• To improve the website and the services I offer.

I never sell your data and I don't share it with third parties for marketing.

How long I keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so I can follow up on repeat work. After that, they're deleted. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me to access, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to stop using it. Email me and I'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
