"Contractor" means J.A Property & Garden Services.
"Customer" means the person or organisation requesting services.
"Services" means any work undertaken by the Contractor including but not limited to:
2.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Quotations are based on information provided by the Customer.
2.3 Additional work requested after a quotation has been accepted may incur additional charges.
2.4 Hidden defects, unforeseen conditions, or previously undisclosed issues may result in revised pricing.
3.1 Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 The Contractor reserves the right to decline any work.
3.3 Dates provided for work are estimates only.
4.1 Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required.
4.3 The Contractor reserves the right to suspend work where payments are overdue.
4.4 Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable UK legislation.
20.1 Cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed appointment may incur a cancellation charge.
20.2 Deposits may be retained to cover costs already incurred.
21.1 Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of completion.
21.2 The Contractor shall be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify any issue before third parties are instructed.
